About Mind Matters

With offices in San Francisco and Berkeley (California), SF Mind Matters offers you the benefits of being in private practice, with the support and collegiality of a clinic. Psychologists choose their caseload and set most of their own work hours, but collaborate with each other in an effort to improve their skills and knowledge.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking to build an inclusive workplace that reflects and serves our diverse Bay Area community. People of color, all genders, bilingual/bicultural clinicians, and the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are a team of life-long learners, who understand that being helpful to our clients means continuing to seek out opportunities to grow as professionals. Our clinical team meets twice a month to discuss cases, learn about testing-related topics, and hear from allied professionals about their areas of expertise.

If you are an early career psychologists or newer to testing, we mentor you within a private practice setting. If you are an experienced Testing Psychologist, we provide you with a supportive and collegial private practice setting without the administrative burdens of solo practice. We also offer a full benefits package.
